Temesha Dabney - Principal
Mrs. Temesha Dabney resided in Chesapeake, Virginia prior to moving to Greene County.  She attended Cambridge College in which she earned a Master’s Degree in Administration & Supervision K-12, a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/Early Childhood Education from Norfolk State University and an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Tidewater Community College.  Mrs. Dabney served as an elementary teacher for 7 years prior to becoming an Assistant Principal with Suffolk Public Schools for 3 years.  She was promoted to Principal with Suffolk Public Schools from 2010--2020. Outside of school Mrs. Dabney enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, exploring parks and gardening. 


Erica Hoy - Assistant Principal

Mrs. Erica Hoy has enjoyed living in Culpeper County for the past 18 years after moving here from her childhood home of South Africa. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Ashford University and a Master's Degree in Leadership from Old Dominion University. Mrs. Hoy worked as a Special Education teacher at Emerald Hill Elementary for 10 years before joining the Bulldog family as the Assistant Principal in 2021. Mrs. Hoy loves spending time with her family, travelling to new places, baking cookies, reading a good book, and running.
