Sue Bridges - Principal
Mrs. Sue Bridges earned her B.A from Wake Forest University and her Master's Degree in Educational Administration from George Mason University. She taught 7th grade Science and was a Middle School Assistant Principal in Fauquier County Public Schools before coming to AG Richardson as Assistant Principal in 1992. Mrs. Bridges was promoted to Principal in 2001. In 2006, she received the National Distinguished Principal Award for Virginia.
Outside of school, she stays busy with family activities,exercising and volunteering in the community. She is married, and has twins who are currently in college.
Brock Hodgson - Assistant Principal
Mr. Brock Hodgson grew up in Culpeper County. He returned home to raise a family while working in education. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University and received his Master’s degree from Capella University in Educational Leadership and Administration. He taught secondary social studies for 10 years and coached middle and high school sports prior to becoming the Assistant Principal at A.G. Richardson. Mr. Hodgson also serves in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a combat engineer. He is married to Gretchen, also an educator and has two elementary school aged children, Emerson and Carter. Outside of school he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and exercising.
