Students in Miss Hofmann's 1st grade class have been busy! They've used #ozobots as part of a lesson. Enjoyed watching the blow up costume race outside. They've also have been learning about counting by fives! It's busy in first grade #atthePark!
Mrs. Bridges’ preschool class is learning how to use scissors, glue sticks and whiteboards. They are strengthening their fine motor and writing skills.

The second graders at Sycamore Park were able to go on a field trip to Luck Stone for the amazing Dinowalk! Mrs. Addy's class loved seeing the dinosaur tracks, meeting the gentleman that discovered the tracks in 1989, and being able to make crayon rubs of the dinosaur tracks. #atthePark
Parents of grade 4/5 students: Choir is a club this year for 4/5 grade students on Wednesdays before school (7:30-8:30am). Students must have a ride to school. There's no transportation. Our bus drivers have been out practicing their routes today getting ready for a great start to the 24-25 school year.
Families should expect to receive their bus information via text message on August 1, 2024. Routes will also be posted to the CCPS transportation website.
Parents/Guardians of students who were enrolled in Culpeper County Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year should have received an email earlier today to complete a registration update for the 2024-2025 school year. This registration update for “returning students” is required in order for students to start school on August 7th.
If you completed a "New School Enrollment" for 2024-2025, you do not need to complete "Returning Student Registration."
It is extremely important that families log in to their parent portal account and complete the “returning student” registration for each child in school. This is an opportunity to review and update any changes to your address, phone numbers, email, health information, emergency contacts, and transportation plan for the new school year.
For issues logging in to Parent Portal or to request paper registration forms, families should contact their child’s school.
