It was a beautiful day for Fred Nats baseball on Education Day! 4th and 5th graders enjoyed the sunshine and sights. What a great field trip!

Students in Mrs. McFarland's 1st Grade class rolled dice to move a game piece, counted coins they landed on, & then found the written amount of coins to daub it with the bingo dauber. They loved using those for the 1st time! Game credit to Mrs. Standley. Great job Bulldogs!
AGR Student Spotlights of the Month visited the Culpeper Senior Center to build Legos and build friendship. The final visit will be next month at The Culpeper. Between these two locations, students have visited every month since October, and the plan is to continue next year.

Culpeper County Public Schools will be closed for Spring Break the week of April 10-14, 2023. This includes schools and offices.
Friends of the Rappahanock visited the AGR pond with 4th graders today. Among various other activities, students used iPads to identify and classify plant life. Great job Bulldogs!!
AGR 3rd-5th Grade students in Tech Club "released" the video games they created, having parents try them out and give feedback. The club met every other week after school since October using an app called Bloxels. Their creations and ideas were incredible! Greta job Bulldogs!

With today being book character day, AGR students concluded this month of reading activities and themed days and activities. Yesterday, all students did their final DEAR time. Thanks to our reading specialists (and committee) for organizing fun events throughout the month!
AGR P.E. teacher Mr. Downs recognized the following students as March's "P.E. Students of the Month"! Those selected each month earn a certificate and water bottle. We only have two more months of school, so keep working hard in P.E. class! Great job Bulldogs!

This event was coordinated by AGR counselor Mrs. Janine Morrison, & followed the CTEC Field Trip that 5th Grade took in March.
