AGR 3rd Graders were very busy today! Ms. Ciccarone's class learned about and tested the Scientific Method by predicting and testing how honey interacts with both hot and cold water.
Meanwhile, students in Mrs. McFarland's class practiced thinking like a scientist in the Elephant's Toothpaste experiment. They learned that variables in an experiment can change the outcome. Students used different sized bottles, and some left out the dish detergent to see what would happen. This is a fun one to try at home (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/stem-activities/elephant-toothpaste)!!
