Per admin request, due to expected weather, the AGR 1st Grade field trip, originally scheduled for tomorrow, has been rescheduled to October 21st, 2025. If this changes your chaperone status, please let your child's teacher know. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your teacher.

🍎 Miss Epstein's kindergarten class made applesauce today!
Sweet science and math came together in our kitchen today as tiny hands measured, poured, and stirred their way to homemade applesauce! Our young chefs put their measuring skills to work, transforming fresh apples into a delicious treat. The classroom filled with warm cinnamon aromas as our crockpot worked its magic ✨What a perfect, tasty way to wrap up our apple unit! 🍏

On Tuesday, Nov. 11th, AGR will host a Veterans Day appreciation ceremony at 9:00am. If you have a family member(s) who is a military veteran, please fill out the google form below. This can be done even if you or the veteran cannot attend the ceremony.
The information will be compiled and shared during the ceremony. The final date to complete this form is Oct. 31st.

Mrs. Anderson in the library is holding a Storybook Tissue Box contest - it runs through October 28th. See the flyer for information!
Mrs. Childress’ 1st grade class practiced their estimation skills today by guessing how many Skittles were in their cups. After estimating, students used tally marks and graphs to record and display their results. The best part—after all that math—they got to enjoy their colorful (and tasty!) treat!
Later in the day, Mrs. Day's class worked on the rock cycle using Starburst. What a tasty treat day!
AGR fifth graders worked this week on a math break out covering the order of operations prime and composite numbers and multi step word problems. Pictured here is Mrs. Day's class. So far the success rate has been 100%.!

An update for our spirit night tonight at Chick-fil-A - in order for the proceeds to go towards our school, the order must be placed on the mobile app. If you come in the store, you cannot put the proceeds towards AGR.
