After learning about maps, the 7 continents, and 5 oceans, AGR 2nd Grade students in Mrs. Aylor's class created world maps as teams. They had to identify the continents by their shape and place them correctly. #BulldogPride

Attention AGR parents and students! Do you have a pet reptile? On Monday, October 21st, it is National Reptile Awareness Day! We'd like to do a segment on the WAGRTV news of AGR reptile pets. Please send a picture of your reptile, with the pet name and student name (by next Friday). We'd also love if you could visit that morning from 7:45-8:45ish (for children to view, not pet) in the main hallway by the library. Please email pictures, ask questions, or volunteer to visit to Mr. Ortman at mortman@ccpsweb.org

On Tuesday, Mrs. Aylor's 2nd Graders worked on extending increasing patterns. On Wednesday, they experimented with liquids (glue, paint, and water) to see which ones "moved" faster. Water was the fastest, and paint the slowest. Most students thought glue would be the slowest.
